Cancellation Policy

By booking services with Sherina The Storyteller , you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking & Payment By booking this service you understand and agree that this service is non refundable. At the time of booking you must pay in full at the time of booking season and/ or service. Payments must be made via credit card. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation without a refund. 2. Cancellation & No-Refund Policy All payments made are non-refundable. This includes deposits and full payments. If you need to reschedule, you may do so one time with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. No-shows will result in the cancellation of the session without a refund or rescheduling option. 3. Photography & Videography Release By booking a session, you grant Sherina The Storyteller the right to use photographs and videos from your session for promotional and portfolio purposes, including but not limited to: Website Social media platforms Marketing materials If you prefer to keep your images private, please notify us in writing before the session. You agree and understand that Sherina The Storyteller acting through its agents, employees, or representatives, to take photographs and/or video, including your name, your image, your likeness, and/or your performance, (“Photography”) an unlimited right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, perform, broadcast, create derivative works from, and distribute the Photographs in any manner or media now existing or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, throughout the world. I agree that the Photography may be used by Sherina The Storyteller, including its assigns and transferees, for any purpose, including but not limited to, marketing, advertising, publicity, or other promotional purposes. 4. Client Responsibility You must arrive on time and be prepared for your session. Any delays caused by the client may result in a shortened session without a refund. 5. Liability & Force Majeure Sherina The Storyteller is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages during the session. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather, emergencies), the session may be rescheduled at the photographer's discretion. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Sherina The Storyteller
